Interesting that you mentioned the importance of right on-boarding.
Some time ago I did own research in this area by testing toons of apps.

Not sure how it will apply to Torch 3D. I mean that I wouldn’t like to have on-boarding in PhotoShop every time :) But for first-time users, it can make sense.
